“Years ago my patients all carried worn out copies of Claire Weeks’ excellent self-help books around in their pockets. Now they have a modern update from another gifted therapist, Dr. Reid Wilson. This loose leaf program and tape set offer a comprehensive set of easy to use suggestions for the self-directed recovery from panic disorder. It will be useful by itself or used alongside medication treatment of panic disorder.”
