How
to Get Comfortable
Social anxieties present unique
problems to solve. On the other hand, many of the
skills that are helpful for those with social phobias and
anxieties are similar to the shills for panic attacks.
I will begin this section by teaching you skills specific
for social anxieties ("Challenge your Negative
Observer" and "Practice your skills").
Then I will direct you to the Panic Attack Self-Help Program
to master skills that are common to both problems.
